Today the Wine project announced the availability of Wine 1.1.27, which includes:
- a new version of the Gecko web browsing engine
- new GSM 06.10 codec support
- improved support for the disk volume APIs
- support for XShm pixmaps for better performance
- various bug fixes
The source code can be downloaded from here. You can follow this tutorial I wrote a while ago to install Wine in Ubuntu Hardy Heron or Jaunty Jackalope.
